Doer Geeks started after a decade of moonlighting on founder products on nights and weekends. The pattern was always the same: senior help arrived too late, agencies billed for layers we didn't need, and the most useful conversations happened off the clock. So we made the off-the-clock model the on-the-clock model — small engagements, senior people, real ownership of the work, and the option to put our own capital in when we believed enough to.
