These are the terms for using doergeeks.com and the contact form. Engagement-specific terms live in the contracts we sign with clients; this page covers the public site only.
Use of the site
The site is provided as-is. We reserve the right to change content, take pages offline for maintenance, and update these terms. We won't break links on purpose; if we move something we'll redirect.
Inquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. Until then, your inquiry is information shared in confidence and handled per our privacy page.
Liability
We make a good-faith effort to keep the site accurate and online. We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on site content or by site downtime.
